I liked the price and location.

The room was clean.

This was the worst place ever, roaches, stains on bed, covers, the mattress pad was showing. Should be banned from staying there. They gave us a heater when we got there. I just wanted a hot shower and a place to rest my head cause our water heater was out. The place was not a place anyone should stay. We didn't stay in that room 5 mins I was mortified and I have pictures.. I can't believe y'all wouldn't give someone there money back it's bazzling

this is the second time I have reviewed this excuse for a hotel you are a disgusting company stop bothering me or make it right I was very traumatized by my stay at that PLACE. if your such a good company stand up and respond.

The location was convenient

I liked nothing. The room was horrible with a very bad smell it was a nightmare for me. I can't recommend it.

The bed broke in the middle of the night. No discount and there was roaches in the room..not my idea of a clean and safe environment. I will not be staying there ever again.

Staff were understanding, and attempted to help get money back.

Room was clean, no heat, no hot water, they should have not been open renting rooms out with no heat or hot water.

Last minute booking. It was flexible with my travel times.
